Baked Cheesecake Recipe
Baked Cheesecake 2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup sugar 1 package Strawberry Jello (or any flavor jello you choose) 1 tsp. vanilla (optional) 1/4 cup sour cream 2 eggs 1 -9″ crumb crust Topping 1 cup sour cream 2 tb. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Place cream cheese into large mixing bowl. Mix with electric mixer. Add sugar,jello and vanilla. Mix well. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Spread mixture in crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 38-43 minutes until center just barely shakes. Remove from oven. Turn oven up to 450 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5 minutes to set topping. Remove from oven, let cool 30 minutes on counter. Then chill 4 hours in refrigerator or 2 hours in freezer. 8 servings. Enjoy-

This cheesecake can also be made as a "No-bake" just add sugar,jello to 2-8oz bricks of cream cheese and coolwhip (1 8oz container), add a graham cracker crust.
