When Will I learn? If this post is only for me to let out my frustrations then it is a post well worth writing. To go on for the past almost 14 years in what I call a psychotic existence with my ex-mother-in-law. I have only kept a relationship with her because of my 2 boys. Then 2 weeks old and 3 years old-now almost 17 and almost 14. Just when I think "boy maybe we are finally past the issues" BAM another issue arises. The latest issue-she gives and I say GIVES a 2000 truck to my son. The day he got his driver's license-then offers to keep insurance on it for 6 months if he pays her rate. Granted he didn't come up with the whole 221-he gave her 180 which she gave him back 20 for gas I guess. Today she calls to say I have "ripped" her off over 100 dollars. But when I said wait-he paid 180 and I know he owes her 41-she says oh no he only gave me 180-I counted it that day I know what he paid her-and then for her to give him back 20? what is that about. Many Many times I have said "this is it"...then she comes back in her bipolar way and is nice. Then I forget only to be slapped in the face like I was today....DUH...why do I allow her to push my buttons? Why do I allow her to act like this to me? What I should have done was know it was too good to be true and not taken her up on her offer to keep him on her policy for another 6 months. I mean we have been paying for him to be listed on our account-as he wasn't really listed on hers but the truck was. When will I learn that any good intention from her always bites me in the butt....When will I ever learn? Lesson: Learn to not trust someone who isn't there to be nice to you; or should actually be on some type of medicine.
